SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT ERASMUS PLUS KA 102: SAFE@WORK (SAFE AT WORK)

- Context of the project:

The title of the project Erasmus 2019-2020 is: S.A.F.E. @WORK (Schools Avoiding Fortuite Emergencies) at WORK, that is to say, “Schools that Avoid Unexpected Emergencies” in the workplace. Measures that must be taken to achieve the protection of the individual and the collectivity. On the other hand, we needed the students to realize that the human behavior is much more important than the technological advances regarding the risks prevention and to develop behaviors such as “Commitment”, “Attitude”, “Self-esteem”, “Procedures”, “Involvement”, “Cooperation”, “Planning” and “Learning”.

- Objectives of the project: 
 
To improve the special attention towards the students with special needs, the resources of the center and to reduce the obstacles that they find at the time of achieving its social and labor insertion; to improve the linguistic competences of the students in a foreign language; to be more cultivated on the subject of prevention of labor risks, what will reverberate positively in a major satisfaction at personal level, in the job, at collective level, in the work environment and at level of the proper company, in a major quality and productivity.

- Nº and profile of the participants: 
 
One student with Special Needs and six students of Administration for Lisbon. Also, 2 members of the personnel of the school for a Jobshadowing experience in Italy. 
 
- Due activities: 
 
- For the students: the sending and receiving organizations will sign, together with the students, an "Agreement of Learning", with the needs, the programme of the mobility and due results of learning, and a "Commitment of Quality", with the rights and the duties of the students.
- For the personnel: the sending and receiving organizations will sign, together with the students, an "Agreement of Mobility", which will include: the period of practice or observation in an educational center or international institution ("Periods of Practice for the Personnel"); a “Dossier of Work” with the specific matters of their specialty and a "Commitment of Quality", annex to the "Agreement of Mobility", with the rights and duties of the personnel.

- Expected results: 
 
- For the pupils: Identification of the structure and organization of the company and making and procedure of administrative papers; recognition of the Plan of Prevention of the receiving company; achievement of a Résumé Europass; securing of the certificate “Youthpass” and of the document of mobility Europass.
- For the personnel: Identification of the structure and organization of the company and analysis of its methods of procedure of administrative documents; achievement of a comparative analysis between how the Board has developed the Mark of Safety 89/391/CEE of June 12 in Spain and in other countries of the European Union; certification of the observation realized in the company of reception; obtention of the document of mobility Europass.

- Long-term benefits: 
 
- For the students: strengthening their self-esteem, maturity and creativity; improvement of their professional qualification; increase of their possibilities of employability; participation in campaigns to raise public awareness of the importance of being protected at individual and collective level regarding prevention of risks at work.
- For the personnel: improvement  in its professional qualification; participating in campaigns to raise public awareness of the importance of being protected at individual and collective level regarding prevention of risks at work; development of a vision of a more international education, after having observed other educational systems and other methodologies thanks to their mobility.
